We are using the Whova platform to communicate with attendees throughout the conference. Whova will allow you to:

  • View the event agenda and plan your schedule
  • Access livestreams and videos directly within sessions
  • Access the virtual space in VTogether
  • View room information and get reminders for sessions on your schedule
  • Utilize the session Q&A to not only ask questions but provide answers and share best practices
  • Set up in-person or virtual meet-ups with your fellow attendees to connect
  • Create and converse through various discussion topics in the community board
  • Download presentation handouts and view poster sessions

All registrants have received an email. The email was sent to the email address used at the time of registration. This email included a link to set up their whova account, details on how to access the conference page, and instructions to download the Whoa App or access through your web browser, as well as the whova password and the Zoom passcode.
