We are waiting to warmly welcome to Bengaluru to participate in EDM 2023 which promises to be a lively and immersive experience.
The Government of India needs minimal information on international delegates to provide an official clearance to the holding of EDM 2023. Also, some information is required by the local arrangements committee to generate an official invitation letter that will often be required for obtaining visa.
The EDM 2023 local organizers are expected to send the information to the Ministry of External Affairs and thereafter the processing takes several weeks. There is therefore some urgency. Please fill in the form positively before May 13, 2023 (anywhere on the earth). The filling up of information should take less than 10 minutes.
This Google Form is being managed by a single chair of the Local Arrangements Committee: Prof Viraj Kumar. A single copy of the data collected will be downloaded and immediately printed. Thereafter, the downloaded soft-copy and all data collected by this Form will be deleted. The printed hard-copy will be sent to the relevant authorities. As soon as this information is received, we will send each of you an official invitation letter from the EDM 2023 organizing committee.
