N.B. The registration process is integrated with L@S, enabling attendees to participate in any sessions for both EDM and L@S.
Receipt
Receipts can be downloaded from your registered account.
Cancelations
Cancellations made by Thursday, June 12th will be accepted. A €50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after Thursday, June 12th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time.
All refunds will be made in euros. The organization cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
* If you cannot attend the conference, we accept transfer requests.
Rules for Ticket Transfers:
- All transfer requests must be submitted to aied2025@servizitalia.it by Thursday, June 12th
- No transfers will be accepted after the above deadline.
- There are no changes in ticket categories for ticket transfers. For example, if you purchased a member priced ticket, the new attendee must also be a member or purchase membership.
- Regular tickets can be transferred to students but there is no price adjustment available.
- Student tickets cannot be transferred to non-students.
