Short and JEDM papers have a slot of 20 minutes,\u00a0 which means about 15 minutes for presentation<\/span> and 5 minutes for questions \/ discussion.<\/p>\n There will be laptops in the conference rooms. The preferred way is that you load up your presentation<\/span> in .pdf format during the break before your session on that laptop, so that there is no technical problem when you have to present. However, if for some reason, you prefer to use your own laptop, this will be also possible (HDMI or VGA). Here too, make sure during the break preceding your session that everything is working.<\/p>\n There will be three poster sessions. Poster session 1 will be held during the reception on 2nd of July. The two other sessions will be held during the main Conference (on 3rd and 4th of July). The schedule of posters will be available soon.<\/p>\n Each poster presenter will be provided with a poster board, 4 feet wide by 3 feet high.\u00a0Clips will be available to attach your poster to the board prior to the poster session.
