Room availability and booking
A limited number of 100 rooms have been reserved in the conference hotel exclusively for the EDM participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are strongly advised to make your reservation as soon as possible, since no price guarantee can be given for bookings made later than the 30th of April 2012. To make a reservation at the Panorama Hotel, please use this Hotel reservation form. Please note that you cannot reserve your room at these special prices through the website of the hotel.

Below you will find a choice of selected hotels for your accomodation during the conference and the workshops. The prices in the list are special prices just for the conference attendants. When booking with those hotels, please refer to the ITS or EDM Conference to be offered the reduced prices.
Please note that the prices and availability information mentioned in this document should be regarded as mere suggestions and could change at any time due to reasons that we can't control. When ready to book, we advise you to check with hotel booking sites to see if you can book your room at an even lower price!

The Panorama Hotel is the conference venue. The hotel has reserved 100 rooms for the conference participants offered at very special prices.
Single room: 75 € per room/night incl. breakfast
Double room: 90 € per room/night incl. breakfast
Triple room: 120 € per room/night incl. breakfast
Please note that the rooms of the Panorama Hotels will be allocated to participants on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Cretan Dream Royal Hotel 5*

3. Sirios Village Hotel 4*

Sirios Village lies in one of the most beautiful areas of Chania, Kato Daratso, which is 4 km west of the city of Chania and 14 km from Chania airport.
