Submission Guidelines

Camera-ready papers, poster are to be submitted via EasyChair until May 19, 2010.

Full papers are limited to 10 pages, Young Researcher Track’s papers are limited to 8 pages, and posters are limited to 2 pages. All submissions should follow the formatting guidelines (MS Word, PDF).

Poster Preparation

Posters are strongly suggested to be 36″ width by 48″ height. We have poster boards ready for that size and our tripods fit that size. In the case that this size is problematic for any poster, we will consider approving other sizes by email to the Conference Committee Program chairs. No need to email if it is just a couple inches.
