Accommodation

We have provided several housing options, including reserved hotel blocks and on-campus housing. Check the Conference Map page for details on these housing locations.

Reserved Hotel Blocks

Blocks of rooms are being held at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh – University Center (located about 0.8 mile, walking distance, from the conference location) and at the Wyndham Pittsburgh – University Place (located about 1 mile, walking distance, from the conference location) for this conference as well for participants who would like to stay for the ITS2010 conference (June 14-18, 2010). Complimentary shuttle service will be available from these hotels to the conference location. NOTE: This room block closes on May 23, 2010.

On-campus Housing

campus housing cut-off date is Friday, May 28th, 2010.

On-campus accommodations will be available in the Resnik residence hall on the Carnegie Mellon main campus, at the rates mentioned below. The check-in location is the Summer Conference Office located in Donner Hall on Margaret Morrison Street. This office is operational 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. If you experience difficulty finding the Summer Conference Office, please call the office at (412) 268-4101.

Check-out time for campus housing is 11am EST on the day of departure (No exceptions please). Most rooms are double accommodations (2 beds, 2 desks, 2 desk chairs, 2 dressers, 2 wardrobes). If a single room is desired, you may stay in a double by yourself at the rate provided below. All guests are provided bed linens (comforter, sheets & blanket), a pillow and bath towels.

This air-conditioned facility is entirely smoke free.
